Breakfast – 1/2 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Almond Sprouted Grain Cereal with 1/2 cup fresh Strawberries and 1 cup Kefir

Snack – Apple with 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter

Lunch – 1 cup Lentil Soup and a slice of whole wheat multigrain bread

Snack – 1/2 cup Naked Trail Mix

DinnerChicken Chow Mein with brown rice, about 2 cups total, topped with Oriental Dressing

Snack – After the habanero debacle I wasn’t feeling too hungry
