Snack – Apple with 2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
Lunch – 1 cup Lentil Soup and a slice of whole wheat multigrain bread
Snack – 1/2 cup Naked Trail Mix
Dinner – Chicken Chow Mein with brown rice, about 2 cups total, topped with Oriental Dressing
Snack – After the habanero debacle I wasn’t feeling too hungry
