Breakfast – 1 cup Ezekiel 4:9 Almond Sprouted Grain Cereal with 1/2 cup fresh Strawberries and 1 cup Kefir

Snack – Single serving of Cascade Fresh fat free Cherry Vanilla yogurt

Lunch – 12 (1 inch) pieces Naked Sushi Rolls with Savory Peanut Dipping Sauce

Snack – Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and cucumber – about 2 cups total with Homemade Ranch Dressing

DinnerHearty Beef Stew, about 2 cups, reheated from freezer.

Snack – Nada!  Got working and wasn’t hungry.
