Here is my daily breakfast green juice drink:
1 large cucumber
kale 3-4 leaves, or 1 cup spinach
romaine 1/2 bunch
2-3 celery stalks
hunk of ginger
1 granny smith apple
1 -1/2 lemons
All organic and delicious! If it is too bitter I add stevia and serve over ice! Thanks for the updates.
That sounds very similar to breakfast juice that I make except for the celery. I can’t stand the taste of celery. I’ve only recently starting ginger and it’s a nice touch. Plus I love all the benefits that ginger has to offer. And I love that your juice is all organic. My family has been 100% organic for about 3 years now and I can’t imagine eating any other way!
